稽古日報　07/03/17

今日の松江は曇り空で時折パラパラと雨が落ちてくる寒い一日でした。 三月に入りましたが、二月よりも寒い日が続いていますね。先週は私も体調を崩してしまい、稽古を休んでしまいました。稽古日報を楽しみにして下さっていた皆さん申し訳ありません。 今日の稽古参加者は少年部１５名、青年部７名の合計２２名。 年度末のせいか、青年部の参加者が少なかったです。 稽古内容は、準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 その場の基本では、皆さん非常に上手くなってきました。特に少年部は眼を見張る上達ぶりで、手取り足取り指導する回数もかなり減ってきました。 小休止の後はグループ別に分かれての稽古。 今回は、少年部の黄帯と橙帯、その他の少年部、青年部の３つのグループに分かれ、私は青年部のグループをヘザーさんと指導に当ることになりました。 来月の上旬から中旬の間に今年に入って一回目の昇級審査を行う予定ですので、移動稽古を審査対象者のレベルに合わせて行いました。移動稽古の後は小休止。 青年部が小休止をしている間に私は少年部の茶帯の子供達に自由一本組手と型『抜塞大』を指導。 子供も小学生の高学年位から扱いが難しい年頃になりますね。 少年部は１９時４０分頃終了。 青年部は引き続き稽古。 各自自分の課題の組手、型を稽古。私とヘザーさんは高橋支部長から型『燕飛』についての解説をしていただきました。 最後は全員で五本組手、三本組手、騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。
Today the cold weather returned with rain falling throughout the day. Even though we are now in March, it is colder than it was in February. Unfortunately I was ill last week and couldn't train, so I'm sorry the homepage couldn't be updated. There were 22 of us today - 15 children and 7 adults. As it is the end of the fiscal year, there were very few adults training. We started with a warm-up and then basics. Everyone is really improving in the bascis, especially the children, and the amount of times I have to correct people are decreasing. After a break we split into 3 groups, and I taught the adults. As there is a grading soon, we concentrated on the grading syllabus. After that, while the adults were taking a break, I taught the brown belt children jiyu ippon kumite and the kata Bassai Dai.The children then finished at 19:40. The adults continued training, and I and Heather were taught about the kata Enpi by Takahashi sensei. We then finished with 5 step sparring, 3 step sparring and punching from kiba dachi stance.
