稽古日報　07/04/07

	今日の松江は気持ちよく晴れた暖かい一日でした。 松江では今日から『松江開府４００年祭』が始まりました。２０１１年までの５年間、様々なイベントや仕掛けを展開していくようです。今日はそのスタートとして、松江市内を武者行列が練り歩きました。天候にも恵まれ絶好の観光日和だったと思います。しかし、私は仕事のため見物には行けなかったのでした。。。 稽古参加者は少年部１１名、青年部９名、体験入門の親子の方３名の合計２３名。 稽古内容は準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 小休止後は、少年部黄帯、その他の少年部、青年部に分かれての稽古。 私は橙帯から上の少年部の指導に当ることに。 再来週に昇級審査をすることが決定しましたので、今日は稽古の内容を見て審査を受ける事が出来るのかどうかを判断することにしました。 結果３名が審査を受けることに。今回受けることができない子供達は次回の審査を目指して稽古に励んで欲しいです。 少年部は１９時４５分頃稽古終了。 青年部は引き続き稽古。 再来週に審査を受けるのは子供だけではありません。青年部の方達も対象になりますので、審査を受ける方達は審査課題をしっかりと稽古されました。 その他の方達は自分の稽古をして、最後は全員で三本組手（攻撃箇所は各自自由）、五本組手（上段）、騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。
From today Matsue has started it's celebrations to mark the 400th year from when it was established. From now to 2011 there will be many different events. It started today with a samurai warrior parade through the streets of the city. It was a really nice day, but unfortunatley I had to work, so I couldn't attend... There were 23 of us today, 11 children, 9 adults and 3 new members taking a trial lesson. We started with a warm up then basics. We then split into 3 groups - the yellow belt children, the other children and the adults. I taught the children from orange belt and above. As the grading is in 2 weeks, I had to decide who was ready to take the grading. I decided that 3 of them were ready to grade. I hope the others who will have to wait till next time work hard and improve. The children then finished at 19:45. The adults continued training, with those taking their grading practicing the grading syllabus. Everyone else did their own training, before we finished with 3 step sparring (free attack), 5 step sparring and then punching form kiba dachi stance.
