稽古日報　07/04/21

今日の松江は曇り空で生暖かく、雨が降りそうで降らない、なんともモヤモヤした天気でした。 今日の稽古参加者は、少年部１５名、青年部１１名の合計２６名。 以前体験入門に来られたご家族（お父さんとお子さん２人）が入会され、一挙に３名会員が増えました。仲間が増えて嬉しいことですが、指導する方ももっと体勢を整えていかなければいけませんね。 今日の稽古内容は、準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 今日は有級者の昇級審査がありますので、準備体操、その場の基本は普段よりも簡単に行い、小休止を長めに取りました。 小休止の間に、高橋支部長と私は審査の会場準備を、審査対象者の人達は審査に向けての最終調整（？）を行います。 尚、審査対象では無い方達は普段通りの稽古をします。 そして、１９時から審査開始。審査員は高橋支部長、進行役は私が行いました。 今回の審査では少年部・青年部合わせて９名の方達が審査を受けましたが、緊張のためか、普段の稽古が足りないのか、課題を間違えてしまう人が何人かおり、高橋支部長にやり直しをさせられる人も何人かおりました。 私も進行をしながら観ておりましたが、基本移動の課題の時に急ぎ過ぎて極めが甘かったり、最後の方で集中力が切れてしまう子供がいたりと、今後の稽古の課題を知ることができました。 結果は全員合格でしたが、ほとんどの方は上手く出来ていないところがあり、高橋支部長から今後克服する課題として、ひとり一人に説明がありれました。そんな中で、少年部で一人だけ飛び抜けて上手な女子がおり、この子のみ今後の期待も込めて飛び級を許可されました。この事は稽古が終わった後で、他の子供達から凄く羨ましがられていた様子でした。その羨ましい気持ちを毎回の稽古にぶつけてくれると、どの子も上達が早くなると思います。気持ちを継続して頑張って欲しいですね。 少年部は１９時４５分頃稽古終了。 青年部は引き続き稽古続行。 各自ミット打ちや、課題の組手、型を稽古し、最後は三本組手（攻撃箇所自由）、五本組手（中段）、騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。 最近の稽古日報では青年部の稽古の内容をあまり書き込んでいませんね。。。
Today there were 26 of us - 15 children and 11 adults. The 3 members who took a trial lesson the other week joined today. We are always happy to get new members, and it means the instructors have got to organize training carefully. As today was the grading, we started with a shorter than usual warm up and simple basics practice. During the break that followed, I helped to set up the grading area and everyone did some last minute practice. The ones who were not grading practiced as usual. The grading started at 19:00. There were 9 taking the grading, and because of nerves or maybe not enough practice there were quite a few who made mistakes and had to re-do some techniques. While watching the grading I noticed that in the basics there were some who went too fast and didn't have any power at the end of the techniques, and there were also some children that lost concentration towards the end. I now know what we have to work on from now. Everyone passed in the end, but there were many points for improvement, and Takahashi sensei explained to everyone one by one where they were going wrong and what they need to work on. There was one girl who did exceptionally well, and she was allowed to do a double grading, much to the envy of some of the other children. Maybe if they feel this envious it will make them train harder. The children then finished at 19:45, and the adults continued training, some did bag work, some did kumite and kata, and then we finished with 3 step sparring (free attack), 5 step sparring and then punching from kiba dachi stance. Recently I haven't been writing much about the adults training have I....
