稽古日報　05/03/26

今日の松江は先週と同様に昼間は天気も良く暖かかったのですが夜は少し冷えました。だんだんと春が感じられます。
今週の稽古も武道館が使用出来ないので近くの体育館での稽古となりましたが、来週からは平常通り武道館での稽古となります。
本日の稽古は高橋支部長と出雲支部支部長の小村先生が、浜田で行われる大会の審判をされるために欠席されたため、私、津森が音頭を取っての稽古となりました。
尚、韓国から国際交流員として来日され松江支部でもご活躍されておられた呉さんですが、残念ながら来月上旬で韓国に帰国されることになり、本日が最後の稽古となるはずでしたが、体調を崩されて本日は見学のみでの参加となりました。

本日の参加は少年部8名、青年部１２名の合計２０名。
本日の稽古の内容は、準備体操〜その場の基本〜小休止。
ここで、呉さんの帰国のお知らせとご挨拶、呉さんから子供達にお菓子のプレゼント。松江支部からは呉さんに記念品を贈呈。
小休止後、各レベルに分かれての移動稽古〜組手〜型。尚、吉松君は5月の大会に向けてお父さんと別メニューで組手の特訓となりました。去年の雪辱を晴らそう！
白熱した稽古でしたが、７時４０分で少年部は稽古終了。
ここで、呉さんを囲んでの記念撮影。
青年部は引き続き各自自分の課題を稽古して本日の稽古終了。
私は本日普段小村先生が指導されている青年部・白帯の方の指導に当たりましたが、どうも私の稽古は身体よりも口を動かしている時間の方が多いようですね。動きの説明も大事ですが、実際に自分も皆さんも動いてやってみる事が大事ですね。
このバランスが難しいです。経験を積むしかないですね。
We couldn't use the Budokan again today, so had to use the nearby gymnasium again. Normal training at the Budokan is expected the resume next week. Today, Tsumori sensei led the class as Takahashi sensei and the teacher of the Izumo branch - Omura sensei were in Hamada refereeing a tournament. Today was supposed to be O-san's last training session as she will return to Korea at the beginning of next month, however she wasn't feeling too good so sat and watched the class instead.
Today there were 20 participants - 8 children and 12 adults. After the first session, consisting of a warm-up, basics and a short rest, we presented O-san with a souvenir, who in turn gave the children some sweets.
We then split into our different levels and practised moving basics, kumite and kata. Yoshimatsu kun, who will enter the tournament in May, had a special training session with his father working towards the tournament. At 7:40, the children finished training and we all had our photo taken with 0-san. The adults then focused on thier own training until the end.
Usually Omura sensei takes the white belt adult class, but today Tsumori sensei taught them. Today he did more talking than training, and although explanations are important, it's also important to put the moves into practice. Getting that balance is difficult, but it is just a matter of building up experience.
親子の特訓再び。厳しい激が飛びます。親子に遠慮なんて無いのです。見ているだけで気合いが入ります。 青年部白帯の皆さん。大分上手くなりました。
