稽古日報　05/07/16

本日の松江は気温が３２度を超え、かなり暑い一日でしたが、梅雨明けの気配も感じさせるような一日でした。 本日は青年部の白帯・黄帯の方達の昇級審査が行われました。審査を受ける皆さんは稽古が始まる前から熱心に審査課題の練習をされていましたが、さて、結果はどうだったのでしょうか・・・？ 稽古参加者は、少年部10名、青年部12名、出雲支部から参加の高校生１名の合計23名。 稽古内容は、準備体操、その場基本、小休止。 小休止後、審査対象者はいよいよ昇級審査。その他の人は各レベルに分かれての稽古。 昇級審査は皆さんの普段の努力の成果が出たようで、かなりの好成績だったようです。勿論、皆さん合格されたようです。昇級おめでとうございます。 その他のみなさんは普段通りの稽古。私は今回、緑帯の一般の方と少年部の緑・茶帯の子供達とを一緒に指導させて頂きましたが、今日は普段汗をかかない子が汗をかいたり、いつも元気な人が途中でバテたりと暑さは普段とは一味違っていたようです。 これからの季節は、今まで以上に、稽古中の皆さんの体調の変化に気を配って指導しなければいけませんね。 もうすぐ夏本番になりますが、気合いを入れて夏をむかえましょう。
Today was the white and yellow belts grading. They were all practicing very hard before training started, but how did they get on? Today there were 23 participants, 10 children and 12 adults plus a high school student from the Izumo branch. After the warm up, basics and a short rest, everyone split into their different levels to train whilst the grading took place. As usual, the people taking their grading tried their very best and of course they all passed. Congratualtions! Everyone else continued with their usual training, and Tsumori sensei taught the green and brown belts. It was so hot that the children who don't usually sweat were sweating and weren't as energetic as usual. From now it will get hotter, making it difficult to train, but we have to try our best as we enter the height of summer.
昇級審査の模様。皆さん２回目の審査という事もあってか、落ち着いて実力を発揮されていたようです。			少年部のミット打ち。回し蹴りですが、きちんと親指を反らせて虎趾で蹴っていますね。いい感じです。

少年部移動の前蹴り。先生を相手に蹴っています。標的が有るのと無いのとでは蹴り方が全く違ってきます。無くても良い蹴りが出来るように稽古しよう。			昇級審査が終わり昇級を果たした皆さん。早速、新たな課題の「基本一本組手」の稽古が始まりました。
