稽古日報　05/08/27

	今日の松江は曇りでしたが暑い一日でした。 稽古参加者は少年部5名、青年部8名、出雲支部から参加1名の合計14名。 今日は昼の2時から剣道場での稽古となりましたが、3時から剣道の方達が使用されるという事で、1時間の稽古となりました。 稽古内容は、軽く準備体操、基本の突き、受け、蹴りの後小休止。 小休止後は各レベルに分かれての稽古。少年部の子供達は来週審査があるため審査の稽古を。その他の人達は各自の課題を稽古しました。 今日は昼間の稽古で暑さが気になっておりましたが、隣の柔道場で柔道の練習をされていたためか、扇風機が回っており、結構快適な環境で稽古が出来ました。 最後は全員で騎馬立ちでの受け、後屈立ちでの手刀受け、騎馬立ちに戻り正拳突きで稽古終了。 正直、青年部は1時間では物足りませんでしたが、来週審査を受ける子供達にとっては貴重な1時間となったのではないでしょうか。ぜひ、審査は頑張って全員合格してほしいですね。
Today there were 14 participants in total - 5 children, 8 adults and a student from the Izumo branch. We started parctice at 2pm in the Kendo hall, but at 3pm the Kendo practitioners came so we could only practice for an hour. Training consisted of a warm-up, basic punching, blocking and kicking, and a short rest. We then split into our different levels, with the children practicing for their grading next week and everyone else doing their own practice. It was hot practicing in the afternoon, but as there was a Judo class practicing next to us, the fans were on so it didn't feel too hot and we were able to practice quite comfortably. We finished with everyone prcticing blocks in kiba dachi stance, knife-hand block in back stance and punching in kiba dachi stance. Today was only a short training session for the adults, but for the children taking their grading next week it was a good hour of training. We hope they all pass next week.
	「審査に受かりたい人？」。「はーい！」。		・・・という事で、一生懸命に稽古しております。
	"Who wants to pass thier grading next week?" "Me!"		....so everyone is practicing very hard.
	テキストを見ながら型の稽古。「えーと、つぎは・・」		平安三段の稽古。脇が締まっていて上手です。
