稽古日報　06/04/15

今日の松江は雨の降る寒い一日でした。先週は満開だった桜も、今日の雨と風で散ってしまった所が多いようです。 本日の稽古参加者は、少年部１５名、青年部１０名、体験入門の方１名の合計２６名でした。 最近人数の増えた少年部ですが、現在の松江支部は毎週稽古に参加出来る指導員が少ないため、これ以上人数が増えてしまうと、充分に一人一人を指導することが出来なくなるため、しばらく少年部の新規入会募集を止めることになりました。入会をご検討されていた方がおられましたら申し訳ございません（いるのかな？）。 尚、青年部は継続して募集しております。お気軽にお問い合わせ下さい。 本日の稽古内容は、準備体操、その場の基本、先日行われた昇級審査の合格者への帯と認定書の授与を行い小休止。 小休止後は少年部白帯、少年部黄・橙帯、青帯以上の少年部と青年部の各レベルに分かれての稽古。 私は最近継続して指導している少年部緑帯の二人が本日欠席の為、青帯以上の少年部と青年部の移動稽古を指導。 毎度のことですが、子供達は腰が高いので、低くするように注意をしました。 大人の方は、二・三回指導を受ければ、次からは自分でやるべきことを意識して稽古をされますが、子供の場合は、思わず楽な方、楽な方へと流れてしまいますので、指導者は稽古中は目をはなさずにいる必要があります。 移動稽古の後は、基本一本組手、型を稽古し、１９時５０分頃に少年部は稽古終了。 青年部は引き続き稽古。 各自課題の型を稽古し、最後は全員で自由一本組手（刻み突き）、騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。
Today was rainy and cold, and the cherry blossoms which were in full bloom last week are starting to fall in the rain and wind. Today there were 26 participants - 15 children, 10 adults and a person taking a trial lesson. Recently the number of children has been increasing, but as there are few instructors who can come each week we have stopped accepting children students for the time being. Our apologies to those who are thinking of joining. We are still accepting new adult students though, so please enquire if you are interested. Today's training consisted of a warm up, basics, and the presentation of the belts and certificates from the grading last week. After a short rest we split into different groups - the white belts, yellow and orange belts, and the blue belt and above children and adults. The children that I usually teach were absent today so I led the blue belts and above through basics practice. As usual, I had to tell the children to lower their stances. After being told two or three times, adults are able to adjust acordingly, but the children opt for the easier way every time, so we have to keep an eye on them throughout training. We then practiced kihon ippon and kata and then the children finished at 19:50. The adults continued to practice kata and then we all finished Jiyu kumite (kizami zuki) and punching from kiba dachi stance.
