稽古日報　06/09/09

本日の松江は午前中は晴れてかなり気温が上がりましたが、午後からは曇り、雨となり、蒸し暑い一日でした。 涼しくなるにはもうしばらくかかりそうです。 本日の稽古参加者は、少年部１３名、青年部１２名の合計２５名。夏が終わったからなのか、稽古に顔を出す人も増えてきたようです。 しかし、夏が終わり去っていく人もおり、寂しさを感じる我々でありました。 本日の稽古内容は、準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 今月末に昇級審査をしますが、日頃の行い（？）も審査の評価に加味しますので、指導員は準備体操やその場の基本をダラダラとやっていないか等をチェックしながら一緒に稽古をすることになります。後ろから見ていると良く分かりますのでその都度注意をしますが、子供によってはその時の気分で動きますので、何度注意しても直らない子供もいます。しかし、指導員は直るまで注意を続けるのでありました。根比べですね。 小休止後は、審査に向けて審査課題の稽古となりますが、稽古不足により審査を受けられない人も次の審査に向けて一緒に稽古。 先週は指導員が少なく、ドタバタしましたが、今週は人数も多かったのでスムーズに稽古を進めることが出来たようです。 少年部は１９時４０分頃で稽古終了。 青年部は引き続き稽古を続行。 青年部も昇級審査を受ける方が沢山おられますので審査課題の稽古を中心にした稽古となりましたが、黒帯は高橋支部長から、支部長が本部で館長から指導を受けられた「刻み付き〜逆突き」の組手を指導して頂きました。 普段有級の方達の指導に当っている黒帯の人達ですが、指導するだけではなく、自らきちんと稽古もして各自レベルを上げていかなくてはいけませんね。 最後は全員で五本組手、騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。
Today started off quite nice, but then towards the evening it got cloudy, rainy and humid. It looks like it will be a little longer before it gets cooler. There were 25 of us today, 13 children and 12 adults. More people have started coming back to training now that the summer is over. We started off with a warm up and basics. As the grading is in a few weeks, the instructors were checking to make sure the children were not slacking through the warm up and basics. Watching from behind it is obvious when someone is not training properly, but however much they are corrected there are still some children who don't seem to get better. Until they improved the instructors continued to check and tell them to train properly. After the break we split into separate groups to practice each grading syllabus, but due to lack of practice there are some who will be unable to grade this time, but they trained with us anyway. As there were quite a few instructors today we could train quite smoothly. The children then finished at 19:40. The adults continued to practice, and as a lot of adults will take their gradings we focused on that, but the black belts were taught some kumite (kizametsuki-juntsuki) by Takahashi sensei, who had learnt this from Kancho at the head dojo. While this was happening, the coloured belts trained by themselves. We then finished with 5 step sparring and then punching from kiba dachi stance.
