稽古日報　06/09/23

本日の松江は気持ち良く晴れたいい天気でした。 昔から『暑さ寒さは彼岸まで』などといいますが、言葉通り最近の松江は昼間はやや暑く感じる時もありますが、朝と晩はめっきり涼しくなりました。 お陰さまで随分稽古もはかどるようになってきており、嬉しい限りです。 本日の稽古参加者は、少年部９名、青年部１０名の合計１９名。 審査を来週に控えているにもかかわらず、稽古に参加していない審査対象者もいますが、大丈夫なんでしょうか？ 自分が審査を受ける訳ではないのですが、少々氣になります。 本日の稽古内容は、準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 涼しくなった分、準備体操もしっかりやらなければいけません。 小休止の後は審査に向けての稽古。 尚、稽古前に高橋支部長から、「来週審査なので、本日の稽古は２０時までで終わりにして、後は稽古をしたい人は残って稽古をしてもいいし、帰りたい人は帰っても良い。」との事を言われました。 私は３・４・５級を受ける方の指導をさせていただきました。 審査は来週ですので、今回は実際の審査と同じ様に審査課題を最初から最後まで通して行い、各自上手く出来なかった所を理解してもらいました。 少年部は１９時４０分で稽古終了。 青年部は引き続き稽古続行。。。２０時過ぎに全員で騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで、とりあえず稽古を終了。 。。。とりあえず終了したものの、帰宅する方はおらず、各自自分の課題を黙々と稽古されるのでありました。 来週の審査に向けて、家でもしっかり稽古して頂きたいですね。
The weather in Matsue was good today. There is a saying from long ago, 'Summer heat and winter cold doesn't last past the equinox', and true to this, recently it has been warm in the daytime and cold in the morning and at night. Thanks to this, we were able to train quite comfortably. Today there were 19 of us, 9 children and 10 adults. Even thought the grading is next week, there were some people who didn't train. Will they be fine I wonder? As it was quite cool, we did a thorough warm up, and after that concentrated on the grading syllabus. Before training, the head teacher informed everyone that as the grading is next week, training would finish at 8pm, and those that wanted to continue training could stay, or those that didn't could go home. I led the 3/4/5 kyu grades, and as the grading is next week, we ran through the whole grading syllabus, and then focused on the sections that were not so good. At 19:40, the children went home and the adults continued training, then we all finished at 8pm with everyone punching from kiba dachi stance. However, no-one went home, and eveyone continued to train for their grading. I hope everyone continues to practice at home too.
