稽古日報　06/09/30

本日の松江は午前中は晴れ、午後からは曇り空で夕方はかなり涼しくなりました。 本日の稽古参加者は少年部１４名、青年部１２名の合計２６名。久々に多い参加でした。 稽古内容は、本日は昇級審査ということもあり、軽目に準備体操とその場の基本をやり小休止。 １０分後に対象者は昇級審査を行い、その他の人は普段通りの稽古をすることになりました。 私は審査員を務める高橋支部長のサポート役をすることになり、審査を間近で観ることが出来ました。 今回、審査対象となったのは少年部５名、青年部５名の合計１０名。 私がサポートした審査の中では最多人数だと思いますが、「松江支部もここまで大きくなったのだなぁ・・・。」と支部の成長を実感するのでありました。 審査では、皆さん緊張されつつも、普段の稽古の成果を充分発揮されていて、普段稽古を熱心にしている人はやはり審査での評価も良く、そうでない人はやはりそれなりの結果となっていましたが、中には稽古への参加の回数が比較的少ないにも関わらず審査の内容が良かった方もおられ、「きっと稽古に出られない分、自宅での稽古を頑張られているのだろうなぁ。。。」などと、勝手に想像しながら一人感心している私でした。 しかし、普段自分が指導させて頂いている方達が審査を受けている訳ですから、指導員の指導力も試されているということにもなりますので、感心ばかりもしていられず、「生徒が出来ないのは先生の責任でもある」ということで、私も結構緊張しながら観ておりました。 さて、審査の結果ですが、何とか全員合格！皆さんおめでとうございます。 ほとんどの方が良い成績で（なかには追試（？）があった人もいましたが・・・）、特に少年部の白帯の二人は非常に上手く、これからがとても楽しみな存在です。他の少年部のみんなにとっても良い刺激になると良いですね。 審査は１９時５０分頃までかかり、２０時前に結果を発表し少年部は稽古終了。 青年部は引き続き各自組手、型をそれぞれ稽古し、最後は全員で五本組手（上段）、騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。 審査を受けられた方はお疲れ様でした。これでしばらくはプレッシャーから解放されますね。 稽古の方も少しずつレベルの高いものになりますので引き続き頑張って下さい。 次回の審査は１２月を予定しています。今回審査を受けることが出来なかった方は、次回に向けてしっかり稽古をしましょう！
Today started off fine, but gradually got cloudier and by the evening it was quite cool. There were 26 of us today, 14 children and 12 adults. We started with a light warm up and after 10 minutes the grading started. As I was helping the head teacher with the grading, I was able to watch it closely. There were a total of 10 people taking thier gradings, 5 children and 5 adults. It was the largest grading I had ever seen here, and I could clearly see just how much the club has grown. Everyone was nervous in the grading, and the people who had trained hard got good results, and those that hadn't trained so hard didn't. There was also a person who hadn't been training very much, but still managed to do well.　It looks like that person must have been training at home. As the people taking the grading were all the ones that I have been teaching, I was also quite nervous. It is also a test of how good the instructor is, and if the students can't do something, then it is the teachers responsibility. Anyway, the results.....everyone passed! Congratulations to you all. There were some very good results, especially the two white belt children did very well. I hope they will push the other children to train harder. The grading was over by 19:50, and the results were announced soon after. The children then went home, and the adults practiced kata, before finishing with 5 step sparring and punching from kiba dachi. Now that the grading is over, the pressure is off, but I hope everyone continues to try thier best. The next grading is scheduled for December, and I hope all those who couldn't grade this time work towards it and train hard!
