稽古日報　06/12/23

	本日の松江は良い天気でした。今年もあと一週間ですが連日暖かいせいか、まったく年末という感じがしません。しかし、夜は冷え込みますので稽古中は動いていないと寒いです。 本日の稽古参加者は、少年部１３名、青年部１２名の合計２５名。 昇級審査があり、また稽古納めでもありますので多くの方が参加されました。 稽古内容は、軽く準備体操、その場の基本で１８時４５分から小休止。 小休止後に他の人は普段の稽古を、昇級審査を受ける人は１９時から審査を開始。私は審査員の高橋支部長のサポートをすることになりました。 今回審査対象者は少年部が９名、青年部が５名の合計１４名。松江支部としては多い人数です。 審査の方は皆さん緊張しながらも普段の稽古の成果を発揮していましたが、いくつか氣になる箇所もありました。これは今後の稽古に活かしていきたいと思います。 審査課題終了後、高橋支部長から一人ひとりに審査で氣になった箇所を指摘し、結果を告げられましたが見事全員合格でした。みなさん良い気分で正月を迎える事が出来そうですね！ 昇級審査は２０時に終了。 昇級審査終了と共に少年部は稽古終了。 少年部が全員整列し黙想、礼のあと、明後日はクリスマスという事で恒例の支部長サンタクロースから少年部全員にプレゼントが渡されました。嬉しそうにプレゼントを受け取る子供達を見てると私も欲しくなりましたが、日頃鍛えた忍耐力でグッと堪えるのでした。。。 青年部は引き続き稽古を続行。 皆さん今年最後ということもあり、氣合いの入った稽古をされていましたが、審査を終えたばかりの方達も、審査の内容に満足出来なかったのでしょうか、しっかりと稽古されていました。 最後は全員で五本組手（上段）と騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。 今年一年お疲れ様でした。来年も頑張りましょう！ 年末には二年に一度の大イベントもあるかもしれませんので、今年以上に氣合の入った稽古にしていきたいですね。
Today was a nice day, and even though there is only one week left of the year, because it is so warm, it doesn't seem like the end of the year. However, the nights are very cold, and if you stop moving in training, you soon get cold. There were 25 of us today - 13 children and 12 adults. As it was the grading and the last training of the year, quite a lot of us trained. We started with a light warm-up and basics, before taking a break around 18:45. After that the people not taking their gradings trained as normal, and the grading started at 19:00. I helped out with the grading examiner Takahashi sensei. There were a total of 14 people taking their grading - 9 children and 5 adults. That is a lot for Matsue. Everyone was quite nervous, and there were a few points of concern which I'd like to fix in training in the future. After the grading Takahashi sensei gave everyone individual feedback and then announced the results. Everyone passed, giving them a good start to the new year! The children finished training after the grading ended, and after bowing out, as it is Christmas the day after tomorrow, they all received a present from Santa Claus Takahashi sensei. They were all really happy to get a present, and I wanted one! As this was the last training session of the year, the adults continued training hard, and some that weren't satisfied with their gradings tried especially hard. We finished with 5-step sparring (Jodan)and then punching from kiba dahi stance. Well done everyone for working so hard this year! There may be a big event that only happens once every 2 years next year, so let's all do our best!
