稽古日報 07/07/07
| 今日の松江は曇り空でしたが、九州地方、四国地方の方では大雨で、大きな被害もでているようですね。昨年は山陰でも大雨で大きな被害が発生していたのを思い出しました。 本日の稽古参加者は、少年部１６名、青年部８名の合計２４名。青年部の参加が少なかったですね。 稽古内容は、準備体操の前に先日初段の審査に合格された狩野さんに高橋支部長から黒帯が手渡されました。狩野さん、いよいよ黒帯ですね！ その狩野さんの準備体操、私のその場の基本で小休止。 今月の２１日には昇級審査を行う予定ですので、その場の基本は普段よりも短い時間で行い、審査課題の稽古をする時間を多く取りました。 小休止後は各レベルに分かれての稽古。 今日は青年部の黒帯の参加が少ないため、白帯を高橋支部長、橙帯から紫帯までを狩野さん、茶帯を私がそれぞれ指導に当たり、審査課題を中心に稽古しました。 私の担当した茶帯は自由一本組手の稽古に多くの時間を使いましたが、来週はもっと頑張らないと審査を受ける事は出来ないかもしれません。。。自由一本組手は難しいですね。 各レベル、移動基本、組手、型を稽古し、少年部は１９時５０分頃迄に終了。 青年部は引き続き昇級審査に向けての稽古を続行。 最後は全員で二人一組になり、攻撃側は自由な構えから中段追い突きを、受け手はそれを自由に受けて反撃。これをニ本行い、その後は五本組手（中段）、騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。 大分暑くなりました。暑くなるとなぜか組手をしたくなります。全国大会があるからでしょうか？（今年は松江支部は参加しませんが。。。）身体が良く動くこの季節にしっかりと組手の稽古をしたいですね。 |

| Today was cloudy in Matsue, however in some parts of Kyushu and Shikoku there has been a lot of rain and floods. It reminded me of the floods that we had here last year. There were 24 of us today - 16 children and 8 adults. After the warm up Karino san recieved his black belt from Takahashi sensei. Black belt at last! We then practiced basics which were a little shorter than usual so that we had time to concentrate on the grading syllabus. As there were not may black belts training, Takahashi sensei taught the white belts, Karino san taught the orange to purple belts and I taught the brown belts. We spent a lot of time practicing freestyle one step sparring, however if they don't try harder some of them will be unable to grade. Freestyle one step sparring is very difficult. The children then practiced basics, kumite and kata before finishing at 19:50. The adults continued to train, concentrating on the grading syllabus. We finished by pairing up and practicing defending against chudan level punches from a free style guard, then five step sparring, followed by punching from kiba dachi stance. It has started to get quite hot recently. I don't know why, but when it gets warmer I want to practice sparring. Is it because the National Championsips are coming up I wonder? (No-one from Matsue will enter this year however...) I think now is a good season to practice sparring. |
