稽古日報　07/07/21

今日の松江は曇りで時折小雨が降る梅雨空でした。 今日の稽古参加者は少年部１７名、青年部１４名の合計３１名。 今日は有級の昇級審査がありますので、多数の参加となりました。 今回の審査は少年部１５名、青年部５名の方が受けられます。 昇級審査があると言う事で、稽古が始まる前も普段は走り回って遊んでいる子供達も、一生懸命に審査に向けて稽古をしていました。 稽古内容は、普段よりも短めの準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 小休止といっても、小休止の後はいよいよ昇級審査が始まりますので、休憩はそこそこにして、審査を受ける皆さんは一生懸命に審査に向けて稽古。 そして、用事があるため稽古を早退するという少年部の女子１名を先に審査し、その後、他の１９名の審査対象者の審査が始まりました。 審査は人数が多いうえ、多少の混乱もありましたが、２０時過ぎ頃に終了。 今回は全員合格とはいきませんでしたが、指導が徹底していなかったり、これまで落ち着きが無かった子が自信をもっていたり、順調に上達していると思っていた子が、以前出来ていたことを忘れてしまっていたりと指導をする方としても色々発見したり、考えさせられたりした審査となりました。 審査の後は各自自由に稽古し、その後全員で支部長から回し蹴りの受け方を習い、最後は五本組手（上段）、騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。 来週、再来週は武道館が使用出来ないため稽古はお休みとなります。稽古日報もお休みします。
Today there were 31 of us training - 17 children and 14 adults. There were such large numbers because today was the grading for the coloured belts. 15 children and 5 adults took thier grading today. Before training started, the children who usually run around and play were all hard at work practicing thier grading syllabuses. We started with a shorter than usual warm-up and basics practice. There was then a short break for people to do some last minute practice. As one of the children had to leave early, they took thier grading ahead of the others. As there were lots taking the grading it went on quite late, finishing at around 8pm. It was an interesting grading, with some of the children gaining confidence, some forgetting things that they had been taught etc. After the grading, everyone practiced by themselves and received instruction on the roundhouse kick by Takahashi sensei. We then finished with 5 step sparring and punching from kiba dachi stance. There will be no training next week as we are unable to use the Budokan.
