稽古日報　07/11/10

今日の松江は日中は晴れて暖かい一日でしたが、夕方になるにつれて、霞みがかかったような、はっきりしない空になりました。明日は雨になるかもしれません。 稽古参加者は、少年部１３名、青年部１２名の合計２５名。参加人数の増減が激しいです。 稽古内容は、準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 小休止後は、１２月の審査に向けての特訓が始まりました。 私はJr.初段に挑戦する小学男児を指導しましたが、基本、型は結構上手に出来ているのですが、組手は今一つ上手くいきません。これは、この子だけではなく、他の子供達も同じ傾向にあるように感じます。 しかし、同じ時期に空手を始めた青年部の方達は、子供達よりも上達しています。これには色々な原因があると思われますが、きっちりと対策をとらなければいけませんね。。。という私も、組手は余り得意とはいえません。。。稽古しなくては！ 少年部は１９時４０分過ぎに稽古終了。青年部は引き続き稽古。 青年部の方達も審査に向けて、しっかりと稽古をし、最後は全員で二人一組になり、『逆突き、刻み突き』のワンツーの攻防、五本組手（上段）、騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。 最近、日ごとに気温が下がってきました。稽古も大事ですが、体調管理もきっちりしていきましょう！
There weren't many of us training today - only 13 children and 12 adults. Throughout training we concentrated on the syllabus for the grading next month. I taught the child who will be taking his black belt next month. His basics and kata are very good, but his sparring is not so good. This isn't just him, most of the children are also like this. The adults who started at the same time are a lot better, but I suppose there are various reasons for this. However, I'm not very good at sparring either. I have to practice more! The children then finished at 19:40 and the adults continued working on the grading syllabus. We then finished by practicing the 1-2, 5 step sparring and punching from kiba dachi stance.
