稽古日報　08/02/16

	昨夜から断続的に降った雪のため、今朝の松江は一面銀世界が広がっていました。日中は晴れ間も見えてましたがとても寒い一日でした。しかし、武道館の中は微妙に暖房が入っていたようで、じっとしていると寒いのですが、動くとすこしづつ暑くなる、なかなか「技あり」の空間での稽古となりました。でも、もっと暖かくても構いませんけどね！ 稽古参加者は、少年部１９名、青年部１１名の合計３０名。雪の影響でしょうか、今日は青年部の黒帯の方達の参加が少なかったです。 稽古内容は、準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 小休止のあとは、白帯とその他に分かれての稽古。 今日は青年部の黒帯が少ないので、狩野さんが白帯を担当し、私がその他の人達を担当しての稽古となりました。 その他の人達と言うのは、橙帯から黒帯の２４名の方達でみなさんの習熟度は様々です。 そこで、基本中の基本である追い突き、逆突き、前蹴り、横蹴り（蹴上げ、蹴込み）、回し蹴りをしたあと、二人一組となり一人は追い突きをして、もう一人はその人の帯に自分の帯を引っ掛けて後ろから負荷をかける稽古をしました。 これは以前からやろうやろうと機会を伺ってきた稽古で、肚から力を出す事と下半身の強化にもなりますので、出来れば毎週でもやりたいですね。みなさんも楽しそうにやっていましたし。 移動基本のあとは高橋支部長、秋吉さんも指導に加わりより細かく分かれて組手、型の稽古をして１９時４０分頃少年部は稽古終了。 青年部は引き続き各自課題の稽古を行い、最後は全員でワン・ツーの攻防、騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。 昨年の２月は暑いくらいでしたが、今年の２月は久しぶりに冬らしい冬になっています。体調を崩さないように気を付けたいですね。
Today it snowed all day long and all of Matsue was white. It was cold but it seemed like the heaters in the Budokan were on a little so it didn't feel that cold. I wouldn't complain if they turned the heat up a little more though! There were 30 of us training - 19 children and 11 adults. There weren't many black belts, maybe because of the snow. After the warm up and basics we split into two groups - the white belts and everyone else. I taught 'everyone else' from orange belts to black belts. We practiced straight punch, reverse punch, front kick, side kicks, roundhouse kick and then everyone paired up with one person practicing straight punch while the other person pulls them back by their belt. This strenghtens the lower body and helps to get power out from the abdomen. I hope we can do this kind of practice every week. Everyone seemed to enjoy it. After the basics we then split into smaller groups and practiced kumite and kata before the children finished at 19:40. The adults then continued training before we finished with defending from the 1-2 and punching from kiba dachi stance.
白帯の基本です。休憩に入る直前にカメラを向けてしまいましたので、急遽『内受け』が追加されてしまいました。みんなは文句を言わずに稽古を続けてくれました。。。
