稽古日報　08/06/14

	松江は梅雨入りしたようですが、雨が降りません。日差しが強く暑いと思っていると風はなんだか涼しく、なんだか変な天気が続いています。 稽古参加者は、少年部２０名、青年部１５名、出雲支部から１名、他流派の方１名の合計３７名。 本日は高橋支部長がお休みのため私が仕切ることになりました。 稽古内容は、準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 小休止の後は各レベルに分かれての稽古。 私は来週昇段審査を受ける青年部の方達の稽古をサポートすることになりました。 サポートと言っても審査は来週ですし、殆どの方はしっかり稽古されていますので、一言二言声をかける程度で後はしっかりと数を稽古して頂こうと思っておりましたが、私が思うまでもなくみなさん私などいないかのように、しっかり稽古に励んでおられました。 最後は全員で騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。
We are in the middle of the rainy season but it has yet to start raining. There were 37 of us training today - 20 children, 15 adults, 1 from Izumo and 1 from another style. As Takahashi sensei couldn't train today I took the class. We started with a warm up and basics and then split into our different levels. I supported the people who will be taking their black belts next week. As they are all training very hard, I thought I would just have to say a few words or two and let them get on with training, but they trained very hard as if I wasn't there. We finished training by punching from kiba dachi stance.
