稽古日報　08/06/21

	今日の松江は先週とは打って変わり、朝から雨が降り梅雨らしい天気となりました。 稽古参加者は、少年部１６名、青年部１５名、出雲支部から１名の合計３２名。 稽古内容は、準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 小休止の後は各レベルに分かれての稽古と昇段審査。私は昇段審査をサポートすることになりました。 今回審査を受けられた方達は青年部の四名。 審査ではかなり緊張されていた方もおられましたが、全員最後まで審査課題をやり遂げられて、見事全員初段を合格されました。 審査が終わるとみなさんホッとした表情をされていましたが、緊張からか思う様に身体が動かず、悔しい思いをされていた方もおられました。 まだまだ審査は何度もありますので、次の審査ではバッチリと身体が動くように稽古に励みましょう。 審査の後、少年部は１９時４０分頃に稽古終了。青年部は各自自分の課題を稽古し、最後は全員で二人一組となりワン・ツーの攻防を３セット、五本組手（上段）、騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。
Typical of the rainy season, it rained all day today. There were 32 of us training - 16 children, 15 adults and! 1 from Izumo. We started with a warm up and basics and then split into different levels and held the grading in which I played a supporting role. Taking the grading were 4 adults, some of who were visibly nervous, but they all passed remarkably. After the grading everyone looked relieved, however some were reflecting on how nerves affected thier performances in the grading. After the grading the children finished training at 19:40 and the adults finished by practicing one -two, 5 step sparring and punching from kiba dachi stance.

色帯の型の稽古。一休みしている子もいますね。気温はそれほど高くはなかったのですが、型を一回やると結構汗をかいて疲れます。熱中症にならぬよう無理せずに稽古しましょう。
