稽古日報　09/04/11

今日の松江は初夏のような暑さで一日中晴天が続いておりました。 本日の稽古参加者は、少年部２３名、青年部１７名、出雲支部から２名の合計４２名。 本日は昇級審査ということもあってか、参加者が多かったです。 また、今日から３名（少年部２名、青年部１名）の新しい仲間が増え、初の（？）４０名越えを達成しました。 支部長によりますと、今現在、少年部は若干名の募集しておりますので、入会ご希望の方はお早めにご連絡ください。 稽古内容は、準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 今週の準備体操は松尾さん、その場の基本は私が前に出て号令をかけました。 １９時から審査を開始するため、準備体操もその場の基本もみじかめのものとなりました。４０名での稽古となると場所も狭く感じます。指導する際にもいろいろ工夫をしなければならなくなりそうです。 小休止の後は、審査対象者は昇級審査。その他の人は各レベルに分かれての稽古。 私は審査のお手伝いをする事になりました。 今回審査を受けるのは総勢１７名。１７名もの方達を審査するのなかなか大変な事でした。 審査の方は、青年部の方は全員文句のつけようがないくらい良く稽古をされているのがわかりましたが、少年部はというと、指導者の言う事をしっかり聞いて、しっかり稽古をして来た人と、そうでない人の差がはっきりとでていたように思います。 國際松濤館の昇級審査の場合、審査の内容は予めわかっており、審査課題そのものも稽古しますので、しっかりと稽古をすれば殆どの方は合格出来ると思います。今回の審査で不合格、もしくは仮の合格となった子供達は、もっと真剣に稽古に取り組んでもらいたいと思います。 審査は２０時終了。５分後に合格の発表をして、少年部は稽古終了。 青年部は引き続き稽古。各自自分の課題に汗を流して、最後は全員で逆突きの攻防、五本組手（中段）騎馬立ちでの正拳突きで稽古終了。 今週はデジカメでの撮影をする時間がほとんど無く、撮った画像もピントが合っていませんでしたので画像はありません。あしからず。
Today was a warm summer-like day and there were 42 of us training - 23 children, 17 adults and 2 from Izumo. There were many of us because it was the grading today and 2 new children and an adult joined. I think it is the first time for the numbers to exceed 40. We did a warm up and basics and then the grading started at 7:00. The adults all did very well and you could tell that they had been practicing, some of the children were good too, however some were not and there was a big gap. As the grading is set and you can practice the syllabus, if you practice hard it is not so difficult to pass. Some of the children however did not pass or got temporary grades, so I really hope they start to practice harder from now. The grading finished at 8:00 and the results were announced soon after. The adults practiced by themselves and then we all finished with 5 step sparring and punching from kiba dachi stance.
