稽古日報　06/12/02

	本日の松江は雨が降ったり止んだりの寒い一日でした。 今週に入り急に冬らしい寒い日が続いています。 本日は青年部の忘年会がありますので、稽古は１９時３０分までのスペシャルメニューとなりました。 本日の稽古参加者は、少年部９名、青年部１５名の合計２４名。 毎度の事で、忘年会があると稽古参加者がぐっと増えますが、今回は更に大阪からジャスティンが参加してくれました。 稽古内容は、準備体操、その場の基本で小休止。 準備体操は狩野さんが、その場の基本は私が皆さんの前に出て号令をかけましたが、さすがに参加者が多いと迫力があります。 小休止の後は、黒帯は自由稽古、少年部と色帯は護身術の『逆手』を稽古することに。 『逆手』とは、相手に手首を掴まれた時に、自分の手首を返して掴まれた手を外す技ですが、コツをつかむまでがなかなか難しい技です。 しかし、コツさえつかめば相手の体勢を崩したり、そのまま相手を攻撃したり、投げたりする事も出来ますので、護身術には欠かせない技です。 そして、１９時３０分で本日の稽古は終了。 青年部はお待ちかね（？）の忘年会へ。。。
Today was a rainy cold day in Matsue. As we had our end-of-year party this evening, we had a special training session that finished at 19:30. There were 24 of us, 9 children and 15 adults. The number of adults always increases when we have our end-of-year party, and this time Justin came from Osaka to join us. Karino san led the warm up, and then I led the class through the basics. After the break, the black belts trained by themselves, and everyone else practiced self defence techniques. We practiced how to free oneself from someone who is grabbing your wrist. The techniques are quite difficult, but if you manage to master them you can make the opponent lose balance, attack them or even throw them. They are very important self-defence techniques. We then finished at 19:30. Next to the end-of-year party....
	道場へ行くと、稽古前にジャスティンが子供と鬼ごっこをしていました。彼は１０月に松江に来た際、子供達と初めて会ってから今回で会うのは二度目ですが、既に子供達の心をつかんだようですね。

		ジャスティンの周りにはいつも子供が集まってきます。みんな楽しそうですね。

			最後に皆で記念撮影。来年も稽古を頑張りましょう！と言っても、まだ１２月２３日まで稽古は続くのでありました。しかも、２３日は昇級審査！まだまだ気はぬけませんよ！ 尚、このあとはジャスティンと言えばカラオケ！ということで、有志が集まり二次会へと流れて行ったのでありました。。。
